A bit about the author

The Left Bank Milk Lady began as a young mama who found herself exploring the streets of the left bank while looking out for strategic places to stop and breastfeed. On foot, not in a ritzy red car. She discovered an untouched wilderness of cool coffee stops and vintage shops packed with uniquely French brands. At the same time, the businesses that she was adoring, un coup de cœur, were forced to shut and adapt to new business models thanks to that pesky pandemic. It was a difficult time, not all survived, and the vibe of Paris evolved once again. So this, my friends, is a tribute: an effort to share the previously undiscovered wonders of Paris’ left bank and support their local businesses, shedding light on real Paris through the lens of a Parisian expat.
